Early Life:
Kevin Thompson is the co-founder and interim CEO of FleetDrive 360 Inc. and a founding partner and president/CEO of Treadstone US Capital, LLC. Before joining Transportation Industries, he spent time as a business owner in the Insurance and Financial Services space, where he also acquired his Series 6 & 63. As he worked in medical sales, his desire to start his own business grew. Kevin eventually started his own business in 2014. His career has been centered on building strong teams and providing an excellent customer experience.
Nic Sallis is the COO of FleetDrive 360 Inc. He’s a specialist in identifying new markets and developing new product lines. He has worked alongside engineers to develop new products and managed operations for companies serving big-box retailers (Lowes and Home Depot) and large manufacturers (Milwaukee Power Tools and Bosch). Nic’s diverse experiences have always been an asset to the management team at FleetDrive 360. His unique personality and work ethic are the reason why his contributions have made such a positive impact on the company’s success.

In an interview with the Truck N’ Hustle, Kevin and Nic share their stories about how they ended up as trucking compliance experts. The two friends started out unsure of what industry to choose for themselves but found success when starting a business specializing in regulations such as safety standards or paperwork requirements from transportation companies across North America.
The duo made the audience understand how compliance is essential in a trucking business. They explained how they made life easy for truckers by providing some amazing features in their app, FleetDrive 360.
