Early days:
Kevin and his cousin Fritz began a multimillion-dollar venture that made one-stop shopping for trucks and logistics an easy reality. Kevin’s first job was with a company named CH Robinson. He figured that if he could work for them, he could certainly work for himself.
Investment banker Fritz used to be a New Yorker until Kevin convinced him to join a different sort of ‘business.’ So Fritz left the New York City area for Atlanta to start his career in Logistics as the Director of Finance in NTG, co-founding the OTR capital along the way.

In a recent podcast, an interview with Truck N’ Hustle reveals how the duo turned their business into an empire.
When asked about the hiring process at OTR, Because they said that the hiring began immediately with help from their first recruiter, Grace, ensuring that they hired people with talent and previous experience.
When OTR employed three to five people, the company began operations.
OTR Capital, LLC is a transportation-focused factoring company with a foundation built on providing reliable cash flow solutions, and elite back-office support, to carriers across the country.
Kevin and Fritz had so much to say during the interview about the freight industry. The pair talked about the changes they’ve seen in freight and what they think the freight industry’s future looks like. They discussed how technology is being used in transportation and how carriers adapt to the technical aspects involved.
Final thought:
It’ll be a stressful, the market moves up and down in this industry—but as long as you’re enjoying your work and taking care of your business and people, you’re moving up too.
