Early Life:

The story of a Hip-hop legend from the 1980s and his success in the trucking industry hauling services is an inspiring tale of struggle, sacrifice, and perseverance. When he started his rap career, Lil Troy had a small business selling cassettes of himself rapping at several car washes, retail shops, clubs, and barbershops.

In 1987, the legendary rapper Lil Troy founded Short Stop Records in Houston, TX, and discovered many musical talents in the city, including himself. He also released his multi-platinum hit “Wanna Be a Baller.”

Even with a father like Lil Troy, son T2 has always been destined to follow in his father’s footsteps and achieve music stardom, but an 8-year prison sentence brought the future of rising rap star T2 to a halt.
