She took time away from her busy schedule to answer some questions about her recent success and what the future holds.

The used truck market is thriving, but it’s not for the faint of heart. “There are a lot of challenges,” says Courtnay Beckham, who notes that fleets need to be very selective in choosing resellers with whom they do business. “You have to know what you’re doing.”
Beckham spoke a great deal about the trucking shortage and had a clear understanding of the issues that have arisen in this booming industry. There are many aspects to consider when facing these difficulties, but the main question to be asked is: how many trucks do you have, what kind of equipment are you using, and do you have enough money to buy those trucks? Through her presentation, she made sure that the information got out there. She believes that when it comes to warranties, people should do proactive documentation or record-keeping that can help them with the warranty.
